My work sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and practical execution. I partner with businesses, organizations, and individuals who are navigating change, growth, or uncertainty, and need a clear way through.
I work by listening carefully, identifying patterns, and designing strategies that are grounded in reality and aligned with how people actually operate. This often includes marketing and communication, but it just as often involves systems, structure, and decision-making.
The theme in my consulting work is integration. I bring together insight from business, creative practice, research, and lived experience to help clients see what matters, clarify their message, and take thoughtful action.
In short, I help solve problems, and I love doing it.

Strategic Clarity & Problem Solving
I work with clients who are faced with complex challenges and need clarity before action. This often involves stepping back, asking the right questions, and identifying the underlying patterns shaping a situation.
Engagements may include strategic assessment, decision support, and helping identify what actually matters before committing time, energy, or resources.
Marketing & Communication Strategy
I help clients clarify what they’re trying to say, who they’re speaking to, and why it matters. Rather than chasing trends or tactics, my focus is on alignment, message integrity, and sustainable communication strategies.
This work may include brand positioning, messaging frameworks, content strategy, and guidance around digital platforms, with an emphasis on clarity over noise.
I also help them put systems and processes in place that allow them to execute their new plans.
Research, Insight & Sense-Making
For projects that require deeper understanding, I provide research to support informed decision-making. This includes market research, analysis, and translating complex information into clear, usable insights.
I’m especially drawn to work that sits at the intersection of data, human behavior, and real-world application.
Training, Advising & Ongoing Support
In some cases, I work with clients over time as an advisor or thought partner. This may include training, leading internal workshops, or ongoing strategic support designed to build capacity rather than dependency.
I also help design and implement practical, paperless systems that support compliance, communication, and operational clarity, including digital workflows, automation, Email and documentation processes.
INITIAL ENGAGEMENT
Most consulting work begins with an initial working session designed to clarify the challenge, explore context, and determine whether it makes sense to work together further. This session creates shared understanding and helps define the right next steps. This session may also allow me to answer questions, participate in brainstorming, and offer quick recommendations.
Initial sessions are billed at 120/hr and may be scheduled for 1 or 2 hours.
More in-depth or ongoing engagements are custom scoped and quoted based on the needs, complexity, and goals of the work.
HOW IT WORKS
To get started, use the form below to share a brief description. I’ll review and follow up to suggest a time for an initial working session. Once a time is confirmed, an invoice will be sent via email. Payment is required by the date provided to secure the session. Virtual Appointments will be held via zoom. If you would like a copy of the session please provide that in your request.
Local clients may request an in person session.
1. Initial Conversation/working session
We start with a focused session to explore and determine whether my approach is a good fit. I’ll provide answers and recommendations along the way. In some cases this is all clients need, a path forward while others may need more.
2. Clarity & Planning
If we move forward with additional engagements, I’ll outline a recommended scope of work with pricing based on what emerges from that conversation.
3. Ongoing Work (if appropriate)
Deeper engagements are shaped collaboratively and may include strategy, research, advising, or hands on implementation support.

I don’t operate as an execution-only service (someone to just do things for you) or as a task-by-task doer. If you’re looking for someone to simply take over a function without context, I may not be the right fit. My work focuses on helping you design and create the systems, processes, and ways of working that you or your team can sustain. This often includes advising, training, and building clear structures before action, rather than just doing the work for you.
